SPICE Controller Tools
The following tools are provided on the Analysis
tab in eCADSTAR Schematic Editor.
They allow you to perform analog simulation.
Add > Simulation Frame: add simulation frame, allows a partial
area of a schematic design to be considered for analog simulation.
SPICE Controller
Manager: defines
the simulation conditions for the analog simulation, and provides the
interface for the LTspice simulator.
Netlist Out: outputs circuit information to a SPICE
netlist.
Frame Netlist Out (on Netlist Out drop down): outputs
partial circuit information within a simulation frame to a SPICE netlist.
Pin Table Resource Editor: allows global definition of the mapping
between the circuit symbol pin IDs to the SPICE model pins.
Operation Point Display: displays the operating point result
values of a circuit simulation in the schematic design.
Frame Operating Point Display (on Operating Point Display drop down):
displays the operating point result values of a partial circuit simulation,
within a simulation frame.
Operating Point Erase (on Operating Point Display drop down):
removes all operating point values displayed in the schematic design.
