Differential Pair Class Manager Dialog

The Differential Pair Class Manager dialog allows you to create, rename or delete differential pair classes, and add or remove differential pairs from a selected differential pair class. To display the dialog, click Edit > Differential Pair Class Manager in Constraint Browser. Alternatively, right-click the Differential pair classes folder or a differential pair class in the Classes/Groups tab in Constraint Browser, and select Differential Pair Class Manager on the assist menu.

Item   Description
Selection list to create/edit   Differential pairs are displayed that are not members of a differential pair class.
Create Differential Pair Class   Allows you to create a unique name for a new differential pair class. By default, the name of the differential pair that you select in the Selection list to create/edit box is added to the CreateDifferential Pair Class box. Either type a new name or accept the suggested name.
  Create Creates a new differential pair class that contains the differential pairs that you select in the Selection list to create/edit box. A unique name must be provided in the CreateDifferential Pair Class box or this button is made unavailable. When you click Create, the new differential pair class is moved to the ExistingDifferential Pair Classes box.
ExistingDifferential Pair Classes   Displays all existing differential pair classes, and allows you to add members, rename or delete a differential pair class. Click a differential pair class to display its members in the Member list box.
  Add toDiff Pair Class Adds a differential pair that you select in the Selection list to create/edit box to a differential pair class that is selected in the ExistingDifferential Pair Classes box (select multiple differential pairs using the Ctrl and Shift keys). This button is made unavailable if a differential pair is not selected in the Selection list to create/edit box.
  Rename Allows you to rename a differential pair class that you select in the ExistingDifferential Pair Classes box. Alternatively, right-click a differential pair class and select Rename. Enter a unique name and press Return.
  Delete Allows you to delete a differential pair class that you select in the ExistingDifferential Pair Classes box. Alternatively, right-click a differential pair class and select Delete.
Member list   For the differential pair class that you select in the ExistingDifferential Pair Classes box, differential pairs that are members are displayed.
  Remove fromDiff Pair Class Removes the differential pair that is selected in the Member list box from its associated differential pair class. Alternatively, right-click a differential pair in the Member list box and select Remove from Diff Pair Class on the assist menu. Select multiple differential pairs using the CTRL or Shift keys.
Close   Closes the Differential Pair Class Manager dialog.
