Specifying a Parameter Sweep

If you set a variable or an equation for a circuit value or model parameter value, then the SPICE simulator varies these values during transient, DC or AC analysis. As an example, you can set variable RVAL with a resistance of R1, and an equation RVAL*2+10K for a resistance of R2. This would then perform an analysis, varying R1VAL from 1KΩ to 10KΩ in 1K Ω steps. When defining variables within the SPICE parameter fields of the properties, they must be within curly brackets to be recognized by the LTspice application.
