Add Macro
The Add
Macro command allows you to add a custom macro command to the Macro Menu button in the Quick
Access Toolbar. You can also add it subsequently to the Quick
Access Toolbar or the ribbon. Launch this command by clicking the
Macro Menu split button on the ribbon,
and then selecting Add Macro. Alternatively,
launch it from the Add split button in
the User Command Settings
dialog. The new command is added to the Macro
Menu drop-down menu in the relevant eCADSTAR application . When
you click the macro file in the menu, it has the same effect as clicking
Start Playback in the Macro
dialog.
- If changes are made to the macro file, then the associated macro command is automatically updated.
- You can add the Macro Menu command to the Quick Access Toolbar using the drop down list on the right of this toolbar. This allows you to select an existing macro or launch the Add Macro command.
