The Order tab allows you to specify the output code and a string for each block order. It is accessed from the NCF Editor dialog.

| Increment | Specify the value that is used to increment the code number. Enter a value between 0 and the value specified in the Maximum number of digits field. | |
| Maximum number of digits | Specifies the maximum number of digits of the code number. Enter a value between 1 and 9. | |
| Add 0s for max. number of digits | Allows you to specify whether zeros are added to achieve the
maximum number of digits that you specify in the Maximum
number of digits box.

Modal format
Allows you to specify the strings that are assigned to codes in the modal format. Add a row to this table by right-clicking it and selecting Add Group on the assist menu. Delete a row by right-clicking it and selecting Delete Group on the assist menu. If you specify a value in the highest Code [number] column, then another column is automatically created. It is named Code [number + 1].
