The Add macro command dialog
allows you to specify a string for a block order or modal format code
in the NCF Editor: Order Tab. It is displayed
for a relevant row by pointing the cursor in the Block
order, Code 1, Code
2, Code 3 or Code
4 column, and then clicking the displayed 
button. Select a string in the displayed list, and then click "X" to close the dialog. The value that
you specify is displayed in the relevant column.
