The New (NCF) dialog is
displayed if you click 
in the NCF
Editor dialog. It allows you to create a new NCF file for exporting
photo data or drill data. If you specify a photo data file, then you can
select the template that is used. If you specify a drill data file, then
the Excellon2 template is used.

| Template | Allows you to select the template that is associated with the type of file selected in the File type box. | |
| RS274X | The RS274X template is used for the exporting photo data. | |

The RS274D template is used for the exporting photo data. Note
RS274D Gerber format is technically obsolete. It was revoked in revision I1 from December 2012, and superseded by RS274X. The responsibility for using this standard lies entirely with the user. See: The Gerber Layer Format Specification. |
