For a report that you generate in the Report
Generator dialog, the Report Generator - Output
dialog allows you to view its contents in a resizable pop-out dialog.
It also allows you to save them as a .txt
file or .csv file. This dialog is displayed
by clicking 
in the Report Generator dialog.

| Output box | Displays the data that is displayed in the Report box in the Report Generator dialog. This is generated by clicking View. You can re-size this box by dragging an edge of the dialog. |
| Save as | Allows you to save the data that is generated by clicking View in the Report Generator dialog. Specify a .txt or .csv file in the displayed Save As dialog. This data is not saved automatically when you generate a report. If you save the data as a .csv file, then a file with a .csv extension is created. However, its contents will not contain comma-delimited data unless you specify that a comma is used in the Item delimiter field, in the Report Generator: Options dialog. |
| Close | Closes the Report Generator - Output dialog. |
Note
- The Report Generator - Output dialog displays the data that was previously created by clicking View in the Report Generator dialog. It does not actually generate this data.
- You can zoom the display in this dialog and the Report Generator dialog, Report box, by pressing the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel.
