Setting Drill Process Parameters

Adding a Drill Process

Add a drill process as follows:

• Click Add at the bottom of the drill process list. A new drill process is added under the currently-selected drill process.

Renaming a Drill Process

Rename a drill process as follows:

• Enter a new drill process name in the Drill process name cell in the drill process list. If the drill process name includes "+DBNAME+", it is substituted with the base name of the data to be output.

Deleting a Drill Process

Delete a drill process as follows:

• In the drill process list, select the Drill process name to be deleted and click Delete.

Duplicating a Drill Process

• In the drill process list, select the Drill process name to be duplicated and click Duplicate.

Reordering a Drill Process

Specify the order of drill processes as follows:

• In the drill process list, select a Drill process name to be reordered.
• Click Top to move the selected drill process to the top of the list.
• Click Up to move the selected drill process one level up.
• Click Down to move the selected drill process one level down.
• Click Bottom to move the selected drill process to the bottom of the list.

Setting Drill Process Parameters

Specify parameters for a drill process as follows:

1. In the Drill process list, select the Drill process name for which to set parameters.
2. Select an item in the Drill Process Settings box, and set the parameters as follows.
3. Click From-To and specify the From-To layers to be exported.
4. Click Objects and specify the objects to be exported.
5. Click Hole diameter/Hole type and specify the hole diameter to be exported.
6. Click General and specify Mirror and Plating attributes.
