The Edit Block Symbol
command allows you to edit the symbol for a block. Select a block component
on the canvas, and click Hierarchy > Block
Interface > Edit Block Symbol on the eCADSTAR Schematic Editor
ribbon. Alternatively, right-click the block component, and select 
Edit Block Symbol on
the assist menu. The symbol for the selected block is opened in Symbol Editor. The symbol can
be edited using the commands on the Symbol Editor
ribbon.

When saving a symbol sheet:

- If there are pins that do not have a pin label set, a warning message is displayed.
- When you update the block symbol, any sheets in which the block symbol is used are also updated. It is not possible to undo this action. However, note the following
- If you update a symbol property viewer in a block definition, the changes are not synchronized to the sheets in which the block is used.
- If you update a symbol property viewer or a pin property viewer in a sheet, the changes are not synchronized to the block definition.
