The Change Pad command
allows you to change the specified pad shape to a different pad shape.
Pads inside a padstack can also be changed. Launch this command by clicking
Padstack > Pad/Padstack > 
Change Pad on the ribbon in
eCADSTAR PCB Editor.
This command is only available in 2D View
mode.
