Merge Confirmation Dialog

The Merge Confirmation dialog is displayed when you start to merge library data into an existing library. For library data that you download in eCADSTAR, or downloaded data that you drag into eCADSTAR from Windows Explorer, the Merge Confirmation dialog allows you to view a summary of its contents, and start the merge process. It also allows you to specify the mapping file that is used to map this source data to the destination library.

Value		Description
Library Contents		Displays the contents of the source library data.
Library Mapping File		Displays the mapping file that is used to map the layers in the source data to the layers in the destination library. This file is created in the Footprint Layer Mapping dialog when you click Save or Save as. The mapping file is displayed that you last used to map layers, in the Library Mapping File box in the Download Manager dialog.
		Allows you to browse to a mapping file (*.libmap) in the displayed Open dialog. Select the required mapping file, and click Open in the dialog. The selected mapping file is used to map the layers in the downloaded library data to the most-recently active open design in eCADSTAR.
Merge		Attempts to merge the source library data into the destination library. If conflicts are detected, then the Resolve Library Conflicts dialog is displayed. This dialog allows you resolve any conflicts that are preventing the library data from being merged.
Cancel		Closes the Merge Confirmation dialog without attempting to merge the source library data into the destination library.
