Via Depth
Via depth is the length in the Z-direction from the middle
point of the connected layers. This is illustrated below.
Via Delay
You can calculate via delay using the following formula.
Via delay = D x SQRT(ε) / V
D: Via length
ε: Dielectric constant
V: Velocity of propagation in a vacuum
