Improved in Version 2026.0: Resist layer thickness

Resist layer thickness is now passed from the Rule Editor to the Electrical Editor / Constraint Browser correctly. This will make Char. Z value to be calculated correctly, and impacts accuracy for several areas e.g. delay time actual value in the Constraint Browser.
