Add Circle

The Add Circle command allows you to create a circular line. It is executed by clicking Home > Shape >Circle on the eCADSTAR Schematic Editor or Symbol Editor ribbon. Alternatively, click Draw > Shape >Circle. The Circle dialog is displayed.

Dialog

Item   Description
Specify Color   Allows you to specify the color of the circle.
  ON If selected, the Color box is made available.
  OFF If selected, you cannot specify the color of the circle, and the Color box is made unavailable.
Color   Click the Color box to select a color in the Select color dialog.
Line Type   Select the line type of the circle by selecting it in the Line Type box, or select <DEF> to specify that the default value is used.
  • The values that are listed are set in the Line Type tab, in the Assignments Dialog.
  • The default Line Type value for circles is set in the Line Type tab, Default Line Type section, Circle box, in the Assignments Dialog.
Line Width   Select the line width of the circle by selecting it in the Line Width box, or select <DEF> to specify that the default value is used.
