Accept Autorouting
For the routing that is performed by the Autoroute command, the Accept Autorouting dialog allows you to view, and apply the changes to the current design. It is displayed automatically after you execute a routing strategy in the Routing Strategy dialog. You can also launch it by clicking Net / Route > Autorouting > Accept Autorouting on the ribbon.

If you select a task in this box, then the results that are associated with it are displayed on the eCADSTAR PCB Editor canvas. - When this dialog is displayed, any links in Autoroute report dialogs are disabled.
