The Normalize Padstack (Active
Layer) command allows you to change the specified padstack land
status on the active layer, in order to match the connection. Multiple
padstacks can be selected. To normalize padstacks for active layers, click
Padstack > Pad/Padstack > Normalize Padstack split
button >
