Update Design Field

You can update the design fields that have been added to the text with the information at that point in time by following the instructions given by the user.

There are two functions for updating.

 

• Update all design fields

Execute Design Fields > Update on the Design tab of the ribbon.

 

• Update the design fields of selected text

1. Select the text that contains the design fields.

2. From the context menu, select Update Design Fields.
