Improved in Version 2024.0: Scripting Interface

The eCADSTAR scripting interface has been updated to support several new functions in the eCADSTAR PCB Editor.

 

• Get and set figures.
• Specify template layers and associate them with conductor layers.
• Get and set template parameters.
• Get component placement data from the top and bottom placement layers.
• Get the stand-off height value, for the top and bottom placement areas.
• Get and set the height value of a height limit area.
• Add circular figures.
• Get and set the line type (solid, dash, dash-dot, dash-dot-dot).
• Zoom the canvas so it focuses on the currently selected object.
