Improved in Version 2024.0: PCB Various

A list of general improvements made in the eCADSTAR PCB Editor application for 2024. These are :

 

• Plot PDF Output
• Been enhanced to support the order of the layer list, using either the page setting display order or the layers display order of technology.

 

 

• Step Improvements
• New option to output Via holes only
• New option to export component placement area layers
• Reference designators are added to component information.

 

 

• Teardrop Next Segment
• Choose whether teardrop reinforcement is extended to the next segment when the minimum ratio is not met.

 

 

• Highlight net in neutral state.
• The highlight of a net is now possible without the requirement to be within the Route command.

 

 

 

• Template Properties
• Improvement to allow modifying net and priority information for template areas from the Generate Conductor Layer dialog from Properties Panel.
• The properties for the Generate Conductor Layer can now be defined with greater efficiency.
