Electrical Editor: Copying and Pasting Objects

The following procedure describes how to copy a selected object to the clipboard, and then paste it to the canvas in Electrical Editor.

  1. With an object selected, press Ctrl+C. Alternatively, click Copy on the assist menu. The object is copied and stored in the clipboard. To cut an object, press Ctrl+V with the object selected. Alternatively, click Cut on the assist menu.
  1. If you press Ctrl+V, the object that is stored in the clipboard is put into the state of being dragged. Alternatively, click Paste on the assist menu.
