Decoupling Capacitor
The Decoupling Capacitor
command allows you to create a decoupling capacitor (decap). It is displayed
by clicking
on the ribbon in eCADSTAR PCB Editor.
This command is only available in 2D View
mode.

| (Part name) | Select the part name for the decoupling capacitor that is generated.
- If decoupling capacitors were defined in
the design rules, their part names are displayed in the Part name list.
- If decoupling capacitors were not defined
in the design rules, parts that have two pins in Component
Library in Board are displayed in the list.

the Part name box. |
Net name

| (Net name) | Select the net name to be connected to Pin 1 of the decoupling
capacitor. |
