The Export (Data Resource)
command allows you to save the dialog settings in Footprint Editor
by exporting them to a .xml file. These settings
can then be imported into another footprint. Execute this command by clicking
Design > Export > 
Data Resource on the Footprint Editor ribbon.
The Save As dialog is displayed. Click
Save in the Save
As dialog to export the file. By default, the file name datarsc.xml
is exported to the location of the currently-open library. The units specified
in the current footprint are used.

The following settings are not exported.

- Values specified in the Layer Settings Panel, Product Settings dialog or Application Settings dialog.
- Values for Pad name, Padstack name and Layer name.
