New in Version 2023.0: Part Locking

Part locking is now standard in Library editor.

• This prevents other users from accessing a part or shared pin assignment that is open, or is being edited on the grid.
• Warning messages are displayed to notify users who has locked the part or pin assignment.
• When a pin assignment is locked, any tools that could modify it become unavailable until it is saved.
