The New (Table) dialog
allows you to create a new table file for aperture shapes or tool codes.
It is displayed by clicking Edit Table
in the Table Editor dialog,
and then clicking Yes in the displayed
Table Editor dialog. Alternatively, click
in the Table Editor dialog.

| File type | Allows you to select whether the new table file is used to specify values for aperture shapes or tool codes. Depending on the value that you select, the appropriate value is displayed in the Address character box in the Table Editor dialog, and the relevant columns are displayed in the Table Editor table. | |
| Aperture | If selected, then the new table file is used to specify values for aperture shapes when exporting photo data. | |
| Tool | If selected, then the new table file is used to specify values for tool codes when exporting drill data | |
| OK | The New (Table) dialog is closed, and the appropriate value is displayed in the Address character box in the Table Editor dialog. The relevant columns for either aperture shapes or tool codes are displayed in the Table Editor table, in this dialog. | |
| Cancel | Closes this dialog without updating the NCF Editor dialog |
