Testpoints Dialog
The Testpoints dialog displays
the values associated with testpoints, including their error status, if
applicable. It is displayed by clicking Net / Route>

on the ribbon.

Update | If testpoint data is changed while the Testpoints dialog is open, the data that is shown in the dialog is updated. | |
Testpoints table | ||
Testpoint reference | The reference name that is automatically assigned to the testpoint. | |
Net name | The net that is associated with the testpoint. | |
Component pin | The component pin that is associated with the testpoint. | |
Component placed area | For the component that is associated with a testpoint, this is the side of the board on which it is placed. | |
Padstack name | The name of the padstack. | |
Padstack angle | The angle that is associated with a padstack. | |
Padstack type | Indicates the type of padstack as SMD (Surface Mount Device) or PTH (Plated Through Hole) or VIA. | |
Testpoint side | The side of the board on which the testpoint is placed. | |
X coordinate | The X coordinate for the position of the testpoint. | |
Y coordinate | The Y coordinate for the position of the testpoint. | |
On grid | Indicates whether the testpoint is located on the lines of the grid. | |
Error status | Shows the error status of the testpoint, if applicable. An error is shown if the testpoint violates a DRC for testpoint value. | |
Report | Displays the Testpoint Position Report dialog. |
