Use the Paste command to input an object that is stored on the clipboard.

| Keep original layer | Allows you to select whether an object on the clipboard is pasted to the layer from which it was copied or cut, or to the active layer. | |
| ON | The object on the clipboard is pasted to the layer from which it was copied or cut. "To Original Layer" is displayed by the cursor | |
| OFF | The object on the clipboard is pasted to the active layer. "To Active Layer" is displayed by the cursor. | |
| Rotation step | Specify the rotation angle applied when Rotate by Specified Angle is selected from the assist menu. Enter a real number equal to or greater than 0, but smaller than 360. | |
| Alternative padstack | Displays a list of available padstacks within the receiving design. If a copied padstack is not found in this design, then the one displayed in this box is automatically selected instead. A message is displayed on the canvas to confirm this. |
