The Import (DXF) dialog allows you to import figures from a DXF file, in order to input them as area fills or lines. It is displayed by clicking Design > Import > 
DXF on the Footprint Editor ribbon. DXF versions 12 and 14 can be imported.

| File | Shows the path to a DXF file to import. |
| "..." button | Displays the Open dialog. Specify the DXF file to import and click Open. |
| Edit parameters | Displays the Edit Parameters dialog. This dialog allows you to configure, import and save the parameters associated with the imported DXF file. |
| Execute | Imports the DXF file that is specified in the DXF file box. |
| Cancel | Closes the Import (DXF) dialog without importing a DXF file. |
