The Cutout (Circle)
command allows you to create a circle cutout in an area. Input a circle
by specifying the center point, and a point on the circumference. It is
executed by clicking Shape > Cutout >
Circle on the Footprint Editor
ribbon. This command is only available in 2D
View mode.
